24/24 security guards at the gated property entrance to check in and announce any guests arriving by car

There are intercom phones to the apartment at the main entrance and service entrance. Video-surveillance of the entrances and the service elevator may be viewed on cable channel 63 in the apartment.

There is a hard-wired smoke detector in the apartment and there are automatic heat-activated sprinklers in every room.

The village of Highland Beach has its own police force. The main road near the condominium high-rise is regularly patrolled by these police.
