The service entrance and service elevator allow persons to enter or leave the High Rise with shopping carts, valet, suitcases or anything with wheels.

Shopping carts at rear entrance are at the disposal of residents.

Four parking spots at the rear entrance serve as a loading and unloading zone and may be used for 20 minutes at a time. After unloading vehicles should be parked in the appropriate owner's spot.
