Each apartment is assigned one parking space, which is identified by a number. All numbered spaces that say 'Owner' are for the sole use of that unit owner.

Storage of articles in the garage is not permitted with the exception of bicycles in the bike rack.

Numbered parking spaces outside of the garage with 'Guest' printed on them are for general use.

Designated short term parking is limited to a Maximum of one hour in front of the building, including Saturday and Sunday.

There is a car wash, car vacuum and compressed air for tires (car and bikes). The car wash and vacuum hours are from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
