No swimming, diving or fishing is permitted from any
of the docks.
The 18 boat dock spaces are permanently assigned to
specific unit owners and vary in lenght from 21 to 33
feet. The dock area is accessible to all residents and
may be used quietly at any hour.
No children under the age of 12 are allowed on the
docks unless accompanied by an adult.
