Beach access is through a private locked gate which may be opened only with an owner's Medco key.

There is a stairway leading to the picnic deck, which is equipped with tables, benches and canopies. 

There is a storage box for striped-blue lounge cushions.

There is a beach shower and a hose to rinse sand from the feet.

Beach chairs and Tiki Huts are at the resident's disposal.

Residents can organize parties on the beach or picnic deck with prior approval from the office.
